9-Hour Cancellation Window

To cancel an order for a full refund, please submit a cancellation request here within 9 hours from the time of purchase on the same day.

We regret to inform that after the 9-hour period, we cannot accommodate your cancellation request as your order may already be in the processing stage.

If your cancellation falls within the eligible timeframe, expect the refund to be processed within 14 to 20 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies and procedures.

Should you notice any errors in your order, you have up to 9 hours from the time of purchase on the same day to submit a modification request here.

For changes to the shipping address after your order has been dispatched, please take the following steps:

1. Monitor your order using the provided tracking link.
2. As soon as your tracking information becomes active or when your package reaches the local Post Office, contact them directly to request an address change.
